What counts as right to work evidence?
The appropriate route depends on your circumstances. British and Irish citizens can have a manual document route, including certain expired passports. Other eligible document routes and the Home Office online check may apply. Your recruiter will confirm the correct process and request evidence securely.
An identity document upload alone is not a completed right to work check. Ask for help if you have no current passport. Do not email passport photographs.

Changing your registered name or professional registration number starts a new review and pauses portal access until your team approves the change. Contact your recruiter to correct your profession or account email.

Request several shifts over a particular period, at one practice or across an area. Tell us your preferred dates, number of days and accommodation needs.
Practical guides and common questions
Before your first shift
Open the confirmed booking. Check the address, arrival instructions, practice contact, duties, support, hours and agreed pay. Ask your recruiter about anything missing before attending.
Changing or cancelling work
You can withdraw an unconfirmed application in Applications. For a confirmed booking, contact your recruiter and review the cancellation terms shown in that booking. Changing availability does not cancel a booking.
Documents and review outcomes
Only upload the evidence requested for your profile or assignment. Documents shows the review outcome, expiry and any replacement reason. Ask your recruiter if a requirement is unclear.
Earnings and invoices
Check who pays you in the booking. Submit hours only when required. For invoice bookings, prepare your invoice and submit it to Verovian for review. Your team checks and sends the generated PDF to the practice accounts team. You can download a marked draft before approval. Issued invoices stay locked, with queries and agreed corrections recorded in their history. A queried timesheet needs a correction. Approved amounts and payment dates appear only when recorded by the team. Contact your recruiter or finance team if you need to query a payment.
Calendar links and privacy
Calendar downloads are snapshots. Subscriptions can update with a delay. Your private subscription link grants access to a limited booking calendar, so keep it private and revoke it if shared accidentally. Google availability connection is optional.
